Lima Memorial Health System was created by the people of Lima, is supported by and responsible to the people of Lima and remains your local hospital. The Lima Memorial Foundation was established to philanthropically support the health system in offering the most medically advanced care by uniting our community to address critical health needs. Our Foundation is led by community members who believe our region deserves local access to the very best health care. Our board and committee members work to ensure that every dollar raised stays local and directly benefits healthcare advancements, programs and services to improve the quality of life in our community.
